I could be wrong, but the word
scope suggests to me we're examining the scope...not necessarily the mount/scope package, although I'm sure noelo appreciates the comments about the 'package'.
Anyhoo.. I know a few people who own these and are very happy, and I've seen some good images taken with them.
Like any mass produced scope with mass produced optics, there will be a degree of variation in optical quality from scope to scope.
Overall, however, I think they are good for the money you pay.
If you buy one and you are unhappy with the optics (assuming you know how to test/judge), you could always return the scope for another unit.
