I have one. I don't use it very often, actually.
I tend to just leave my scope out on sunset and let it cool on its own terms until I'm ready to image in the early hours when the ambient temp has stabilised and the scope has caught up.
You have to keep an eye on the humidity, though. I turn it off once the humidity has gone past 60/65%, so as not to risk introducing moisture into the OTA - even with filters in the Lymax.
