Kent Wallace from California is an expert observer of PN and he says:
"A MASH bright PN might be visible in my 20" if it has a strong O-III line. The late Mike Kerr commented to me how tough these guys are. Mike was a hell of an observer and he is the only one I know of who started to try these guys. Anyway I plan to try a few of these bright MASH PNe this summer if they are small and have a strong O-III line."
