In straight $ terms, I don't and won't
Initially I built one in a real hurry for the SPSP last year. Pretty rough, about 1/2 days work total - really rough in fact
I then built 2 more. I donated one to CAS as a fundraiser and I have kept the other one.
I am now building one for Matt in exchange for an eyepiece and one to donate to CAS as a fundraiser. As for number 6 .............. dunno, might try and swap it for another Ultima eyepiece at some stage
