What really cheeses me off
is the Newcastle council closing down all the football grounds in the Newcastle area for Saturday because it was raining on Friday. There is nothing worse sitting at home with the sun splitting the trees and no sport to be had.
The poms invented the game to be played in the colder months and believe me it should be played in the rain because it rains a lot in good old pommie land.
Sorry for the rant but I had to get it off my chest.
