I have gone back to the 80mm to get some practice. Married the 80 mm to the 70mm with a illuminated reticle and tried real hard to stop the trails .
This shot was 150 secs thru 300d canon on the 80 x 400 mm at prime iso 1600. Conditions were very cloudy but opened up for a hour session.. and wow did I take some shots in only one hour... it was a rush because the sky was half clouded over.
