From what I can see you have a 125mm f6 scope giving a focal length of 750mm.
Your present 20mm eyepiece would give you 37x magnification with an exit pupil of 3.3mm.
For a new selection of eyepieces consider:
- The 30mm you have already chosen for big views giving 25x and an exit pupil of 5mm so your eye can easily handle it.
- A 12mm which will give you 63x and an exit pupil of 2mm, a good workhorse eyepiece for this scope.
- A 7mm which will give you about 100x and an exit pupil about 1.2mm which is a good exit pupil for seeing fine detail.
Only make the 30mm a 2" as the others don't need the width to allow them to get their FOV and they will be cheaper. With tracking you could go for some good plossls in these smaller sizes which will give good crisp views and allow you to study the object really well.
Add a good 1.25" 2x barlow like the Orion Shorty Plus and you will be set up for everything.
