I got the AAM for my Dob and if I had the money I would have bought the Argo Navis. There is simply nothing better on the market.
That being said the AAM does the job. I have it up for sale with my dob or by iteself. I actually got the dob mounting kit from Gary who was very helpful in providing me with information on this device and also getting me in touch with its creator. I bought it from a friend who got it with his Celestron G-11. It seems to have bits and pieces for other Celestron mounts, like the fork arm mounts etc. Not sure if everything is there but my mate gave me the whole box of bits.
If you have the little bit extra then go for the Argo Navis. Though I have never used one, I have communicated with many of its users and they all are very happy with it.
