Hi All,
Well the weather leaves a lot to be desired, but in between cloud I got 5 x 6 Min. Exp. of ngc3372 with the new QHY8 cooled Camera, Of course processing is a whole new adventure (Just got used to the Canon 300D), anyway herewith my first results, a single 6 Min. Exp., with/without a matched DF removed, not much difference so it looks like the Camera is nice and quiet (which it should be at -20 C) Im looking forward to using it on the LX200-F-10 for M83 Etc. long exposures, we shall see, I will also post the results of combining the 5 Pix. of Carina.
