Yep, had an elderly couple from Ararat at SVAA last Friday night with their new dob that they got ripped off with (I won't say which retailer sold it to them).
The retailer said it is fine and won't need any further collimation after he did it
All they could see were blobs. They brought it along, I collimated it, and Bingo!
I pointed it at Saturn and this lovely old lady yelled out at the top of her voice 'F---'!!!!!
