My 1st and 2nd Saturns afocally

Hi,
I got my first look at Saturn just this year and WOW ! I couldn't wait to try and photograph it. These are my 1st and 2nd Saturn Pic's. Both taken through my 8" GSO dob afocally with a Cannon A75 digital camera, processed through registax following Mike's helpful hints.

The first was a stack of about 150 frames from 900, the second a stack of about 200 from 8000 (lots of blurred or fuzzy frames). I'm far happier with the second than the first. Magnification was about 160x through a 15mm plossel with 2x barlow.

How do you, more experienced photographers configure your wavelets for Saturn? The second shot was high (~10) on wavelets 1-3 and then negative on the rest. I don't have a clue what I'm doing with them but it seemed to work. What would be a better configuration? Thanks for your help,

Dan
