Finally! the modded 300D has arrived
first target ofcourse h-alpha sensitive the horsehead. 15 x 5mins at ISO800 with baader UHC-S and MPCC. I still need to get myself a UV/IR filter as personally, i think it is too red or maybe that im still not use to it. focusing was slightly off. Indeed now the red-channel is so much more sensitive than my unmodded 350D. H-Alpha gathering i think is too much and objects are abit too red. also, can anyone confirm with me that with the 300D, i have to crank more infocus than the 350D? it seems like it now. dark frames subtracted but it was too late for me to take my flats.
