I feel your pain - your raw frame looks pretty much like what I see when there are clouds about. Seems like the moisture in the air really destroys the seeing.
If I see the image deteriorate suddenly and turn to mush then I can bet that clouds are on the way, they usually turn up about 5 minutes later.
