Hi Ken, What NO DVD/CD burner? Just a CD! & 512 meg RAM is better with XP. Just make sure that you get ALL the original CD's. Ask about 'Nero Express' or similar prog. for burning DVD/CDs. Cheaper to get what you want installed at the shop, that way if anything goes wrong.......
$50 for the modem is way too high. Just replaced my sister's for $27.00.
