The odd thing was that from 9pm to 3:30am in the morning I did not see a drop of dew on my telescope Optics, but my EP Plastic bolt containers had dew on them. The EP's also got a bit foggy. I put on the Dew shield at 3am simply to act as a moon light blocker for my Jupiter imaging run.
