That's a bit slow Dennis, I wonder what kept them. My orders from Bintel (assuming they have the item in stock) are often ordered mid afternoon and they arrive by mid morning the next day. Sometimes it's even before I go to work the next day.
Now that is service.
Unfortunately for me though, Sya can tell when the delivery van is coming. so there is no hiding. It arrives so often she knows the sound of it from other vehicles and will meet the delivery guy at the door.
