There's nothing to be worried about with collimation, if you have bob's knobs you can collimate from the EP by simply reaching around the front of the OTA (take the dew shield off first). If you're buying bobs knobs you need to be aware that there are a couple of secondary designs, one of which requires slightly longer threads than the other.
