Check out ebay or cash converters. Or try someone like Ted's camera house and see if they have any trade-ins? Or try the Trading post.
Unless your doing star trails, with out tracking you will be restricted to less than 20 sec anyway so any digital camera that has an exposure up to 30 sec would do. And adjustable ISO settings.
Star trails are great fun, but IMHO I feel that film works better than digital. Especially for those really long shots of 15 min or more. There is no electronic noise to deal with, with film.
