it might sound a bit stupid now but if worst comes to worse id rather have someone saying 'ok lets do this' rather than 'what do we do now'
as for the weapons in space thing, not going to happen.. if you dont know about it already google for the star wars defence system. also regarding weapons systems stop thinking of sci-fi's shooting nukes at stuff, not gonna happen
how many places wait till they are on fire to draw up a fire plan. i reckon we need something but by the sound of it we have the wrong people trying to run the show.
