Despite my background I never thought of camshaft degree wheels, although even an 11" one is still much smaller than the 25" base plate I have, so I'm not sure how I'd get it to work.
A quick google found a US site that lists perspex protractors up to 30", I wonder where in Australia you may find one of these?
