It rises at 17.10 EST, eclipse starts at 17.49.8m EST. Middle of eclipse at 19.54.8m. Ends at 21.59.8m EST. Just need a good easterly horizon. But don't expect too much. Only be a very slight darkening around mid-eclipse.
