Hi Barry,
I use Stellarium version 0.8.0 and it is fantastic!!!!
Only problem I find with it is every time I use it, it slows my whole computer down (even after I close Stellarium).
When you zoom in, objects keep becoming more realistic!!!
Here is a screenshot of Orion at low zoom so people can see how realistic Stellarium looks on screen.
