Excelsior Street in Leichardt used to have dark skies. (A very long time ago though).
We meet at Kulnura (Central Coast) each new moon. Not really that far to travel I suppose for the relatively dark skies.
EDIT: Doh, can't get a word in edgewise when talking about Kulnura and Mike's around.
