I would find it hard to travel a long way.
Family and petrol costs would be a concern.
Central Vic is about it for me at the moment. But in the future i want to go to the SPSP in NSW one day
Maybe the stumphill option would be good later in the year?

I use to have family there and its dark enough but where would we go Mick?
I would need to stay somewhere as its a fair distance for me after a nights observing to get back home
