If you don't click "do all" before you save your image, part of your image won't have had your settings applied to them. It's not such a worry if you are only doing a small Saturn or Jupiter and the alignment area covers the whole planet, but if you are doing luna or solar shots then the outer areas won't be sharpened. Reg 4 asks if you want to do all when you click save image, if you haven't already done so.
