Someone might be able to help me out here, my latitude is -33.80792 why is it that sometimes this is expressed as a positive number as in 33.80792 and sometimes some software won't let you type in a negative sign but the correct location comes up anyway? Is it that positive and negative are interchangeable in terms of latitude?
