Photoshop CS will do this, but if you need to calibrate your images (dark frame subtraction etc), then you need astroimaging software, so you might as well use this from the start. I use ImagesPlus and it works pretty well, although I only use it for raw conversion, calibration and stacking, then switch to Photoshop
