LOL! When I'm asked to run my life-support system on Vista - I'll worry about it then. Until that moment I'm very happy with the new O/S experience. At the end of the day - it's just plain fun delving into new features. The only drivers I can't get to work are for my 3 year-old scanner which I can replace for around the $100 mark for one that supports Vista. Not really a biggie I wouldn't have thought. All my cameras, printers and external storage devices run just fine on Vista - and I give it a pretty big tick as to just how comprehensive its native driver base already is.
The old adage applies here: don't run it on mission-critical business-related hardware yet. Plain and simple. For home users - I can't see a problem.
