Thanks Andrew, and thank your girls also.
But I got my Butcher to make the sausages this year, to my recipe of course. So there are plenty to go around.
My little sausage machine would have melted making 22.5 Kilos.
I have relented this year and got some sauces to go along with them, you have a choice of Tomato, BBQ or American Mustard. All with my special Onions, cooked with water and sugar and my spices, real hot dog style.
Finally the trailer is packed and ready.
Nearly half a ton all up.
My Son is going to wake me at 2am, so we will be on our way by half past, that should get us there around 12:30 hopefully.
