Hi daniel...I don't know of many places around East Melbourne..maybe head for the bayside???
I checked for the weather around Melbourne today..morning fog with smoke haze clearing...increaseing sunshine...ESE wind about 4 kph in the afternoon. Sattlelite picture shows cloud clearing from the west of the state as far as Adelaide..so..fingers crossed!!
