Yes I know that
,they refuse to speak English to visitors from other parts of Canada and including other countries which really is a pain,that would be like Greeks,Italians,etc refusing to speak English here when you went into buy something in a shop or restaurant. He lives in a English speaking country they lost the war with England
,get used to it.I know I will never visit there again
and they "can" speak English when it suits there needs.
