The Parking rule around the bottom house has been introduced this year because the bottom house area has lots of pedestrian traffic and scopes set up, and it's too dangerous for people to be driving in and out - especially when people try and do it at night.
It's ok to drive in&park at the bottom house area when you first arrive (if you don't know where to go), or to unpack your gear/scope if you're setting up around the bottom house - but your car must then be moved.

Mike, I imagine that there will be some people coming after work, who will be arriving after dark. Are you happy for those people to bring their cars in to unpack? Can I suggest if you allow this that there is some curfew placed on it. Perhaps 9.30pm?? I am sure if someone arrives later than this they could rope a few people in to help carry their gear to save an unfortunate vehicular incident!
