not sure whats going on here but there seems to be alot of frogs hiding in peoples backyards at the mo! since winter we have had 2-3 striped march frogs, about a dozen little tree frogs and a perons tree frog go thru out backyard!
i wonder if they have alway been this comon in this area?
anyhow, last night in teh still darkness i heard the shrill cry of yet another perons tree frog being tormented by a small dog. sounds quite horrific really when you hear it!
I saw the little guy briefly and was tempted to jump the fence to rescue him, but the neighbour got there before i did so he's safe now I hope
