I think the site maintainers would disagree.
Imagine what's involved. All images graphics and text would have to be converted to monochrome. Linked images would have to be downloaded, processed, unlinked and reposted on the fly. Not only would this be hard work to implement, you can also run into problems with copyright violation by indiscriminately downloading and modifying linked material.
