not for a minute do l think you are lying Phil, but throughout the history of UFO sightings there is a constant theme, l filmed a UFO but the battery was flat, l lost the tape, the dog ate it, and the ones that did survive were either shown to be fakes or common earthly occurances.
l do not dismiss the chance of alien life but l do not agree with the assumption that it "must exist".
