Hi,
This sort of adapter is readily available at MyAstroShop as well as other astronomy shops. You can buy them either to suit 2" eps or 1.25 eps. They are very robust compared to the other types of adapters available.
I use a 12.5mm 1.25" ep with a 2x barlow to get some fair sort of pics.
Chrisyo, who is quite excellent at this uses, I think, a 32mm 2" with a 2x barlow.
