I've still got my record player, but SWMBO made me sell all my LPs. All my CCR, Led Zepplin, Hendrix, Joplin, too many to remember. I've been slowly trying to re-build the collection with CDs.
The most exciting Chrissy present I got was a dozen bottles of Cab Merlot, and of course chocolates and underwear (gees, just cause I've a few holes in my current stock of underwear
).
HOWEVER, it was my birthday on the 22nd, and I was presented with a 13mm Stratus and an Orion Deluxe 2" barlow
(it's hardly a gift when you have to buy it yourself
). Waiting for first light.
As I'm a Newbie, I would like to take this oportunity of thanking Ron, Paul, Jeanette, and Steve for all the help and support they have given me. And also the countless others who have responded patiently to my naive and sometimes stupid questions. I hope you all have a wonderful Christmas. Don't eat too much, but leave plenty of room for drink
