If you didn't receive the email:
1) Make sure your email address is set correctly in your profile. I get a lot of bounced emails due to invalid email addresses (people changing ISP's and not updating their email address in their profile).
2) Ensure that iceinspace.com.au is in your white list on your mail client spam settings, so that it doesn't get marked as spam.
