My tip for dealing with Bintel is to get on the phone and talk to them. Don't email them, its a complete waste of time. I emailed both the Sydney and Melbourne offices well over three weeks ago regarding some Astronomiks filters and have yet had a reply. IMO, in the digital age an unanswered email is as bad as an unanswered phone. Disappointing that they don't take internet sales seriously.
Subsequently, I've order the filters from OS.
