Here is the list of the updates, following your suggestions:
# Split of the time-zones into half-hours (adapting to the following countries: Suriname, Iran, India, Sri Lanka, and Central Australia);
# Display of the GRS transit times in UTC and local time (civilian);
# Update of the GRS absolute position (about 103° for the current epoch) and update of the web adress from Hans-Jörg Mettig

ive sent him email asking him if its available for download he doesnt really say if its done or not ? unless i am not getting the message ?
