Yes Ken it is misleading, but you notice they don't say which mount was used to take the shot only that the scope was used , proberbly used a G11 Losmandy or something like it. :-))
my guess is that was also taken with a CCD, theres no real depth of field like you get with film, so maybe 30secs an image stacked to 30mins.
