I’ve just been to look at
LPOD for 7th Dec 2006, where Chuck has published 3 images of the full Moon as follows:
North up (naked eye),
South up (Newtonian ‘scope) and,
North up, E on left (SCT or refractor with star diagonal).
However, these are for the Northern Hemisphere and it appears that the Southern Hemisphere orientation has been…cough, cough…overlooked?
If you feel so inclined, and you register on the LPOD site, you can post a comment about this, ahem, N bias.
