You can get invisible ink pens which can only be seen under UV light. Most security/insurance places would have access to one of these, they simply put the state where your current drivers licence is held ie.. SA then put your Drivers Licence number after it. You can put it on everything and anything that you have. If you mention to the cops that you have done this then they can check. Also keep a list of what you have and the amount it cost you.
You can actually see the ink yourself but you have to be on the right angle
