Ken, there's only a couple of things you have to remember when faced with a control panel full of lights and switches ...... green lights are 'good' and red lights are 'bad'.
The golden rule when faced with red lights on the panel ...... Flick a switch, if you end up with more red lights and less green lights than you started with that was probably a bad move. Put it back and try another switch.
