I've nearly fixed it
the only problem I'm having now is,when I'm in a thread and click on "reply" it asks me to sign in,when I do instead of bringing me to the reply window,it brings me back to the sign in page,however if I click on "quote" in a reply it works fine,it's obviously a glitch in IE7 at least now I can sign out
