Did any other Brisbanites see the sun this morning? There was just enough cloud/haze to block most of the sunlight, but not all of it. The sun was a gorgeous deep orange orb hanging there in the sky.
I had just set out for work and I spotted it. I thought "That is definately worth turning back home for to take a picture. I did a U-turn and was on my way back when I remembered that we have just moved house and I didn't know what box the camera was packed in. So I had a little
and carried on to work hoping someone else would take a photo of it.
As I am looking out of the window at work now, the surroundings have a faint eerie orange tint. It's as though we are living on Mars.
