Just wanting to ask anyone if they had any success collimating the 114mm Meade Telestar.
A club member has one and its been bought from Walmart in America and been brought back to oz on a plane.
Trouble is the laser collimator wont work cos of a lens in the bottom of the eyepiece drawtube, and trying it by eye is a pain in the donkey.
I tried my best but couldn't manage to get it perfect and the images totally suck!

Anyone got any remedies?? ( besides petrol and matches? )
