Hello There

I would go with a F8 six inch dob. It will be good on the planets and has decent aperture. Make sure it is a dob with adjustment knobs for collimation and screws. Get a top shelf laser collimator that comes collimated and has a good return policy. I hate to pay for return shipping when an item is defected. I have a six inch F8 dob. Got 200 mag on Saturn and it was refractor sharp.
