If your telescope had a Paracorr coma corrector, it would take a 23mm eyepiece in the Paracorr to equal a 20mm eyepiece that doesn't need a coma corrector.
Or, another way to look at it is that a 20mm coma-corrected eyepiece would have the same magnification in the telescope as a 23mm eyepiece in the Paracorr.
