Well folks, I had a quick peek when some short clear patches rolled past before the change.
With in 10 seconds while focusing, I realised eveything was different. Perfect sharp and symetrical donuts either side of focus. Astigmatism gone, and most of the correction happened by remounting the Secondary.
I did'nt think that the secondary could cause the majority of the bad optical behaviour. Certainly a good lessen to be vigilant when mounting mirrors.

So the combined primary and secondary mirror behaviour solved.
